VARIATION

 

1.        Delete words "Department of Premier and Cabinet" from subclause 15.8 of clause 15, Rates of Pay and Allowances, of the award published 17 June 2022 (392 I.G. 127) and in lieu thereof insert the words "Premier’s Department"

 

2.        Delete the words "31 December 2021" in subclause 21.1 of clause 21, No Further Claims and in lieu thereof insert the words "31 December 2023".

 

3.        Delete the words "1 July 2021" in subclause 24.1.2 of clause 24, Area Incidence and Duration and in lieu thereof insert the words "1 January 2021".

 

4.        Delete the words "30 June 2022" in subclause 24.1.2 of clause 24, Area Incidence and Duration and in lieu thereof insert the words "31 December 2023".

 

5.        Delete Schedule 1 and in lieu thereof insert the following:
