1. Delete Table 4
of subclause 27.5 of clause 27, Incident Conditions, of the award published 23
December 2022 (393 I.G. 886) and reprinted 9 February 2024 (396 I.G 627) and
insert in lieu thereof the following:

2. Delete clause
43. No Extra Claims and insert in lieu thereof the following:
43. No Extra Claims
43.1 The Industrial Relations
Commission recognises that the parties have provided an undertaking that other
than as provided for in the Industrial Relations Act 1996, there will be
no further claims/demands or proceedings instituted before the NSW Industrial
Relations Commission for extra or reduced wages, salaries, rates of pay,
allowances or conditions of employment with respect to the Employees covered by
the Award that take effect prior to 1 July 2025 unilaterally made by a party to
this Award unless otherwise agreed by the parties. This undertaking does not
apply with respect to Proceedings No. 2024/00435078.
43.2 This undertaking
does not prevent the Parties from continuing collaborative discussions during
the life of the Award to deliver additional enhancements to remuneration and/or
conditions of employment, and to achieve additional industry wide and systemic efficiencies
and productivity improvements to the delivery of Government services to the
public. Changes to conditions or salaries may be jointly progressed and, if
agreed, an application to vary the Award may be made by consent prior to 1 July
2025.
43.3 The terms of subclause 43.1 do not prevent the parties
from taking any proceedings with respect to the interpretation, application or
enforcement of existing Award provisions.
3. Delete
subclause 44.6 of clause 44, Area, Incidence and Duration, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
44.6 The parties have
agreed that negotiations for a new Award will commence prior to 1 July 2025.
4. Delete Part B
– Monetary Rates and Classifications, Tables 1 and 2, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:

tradespersons, including setting work priorities and allocating tasks.

Level 5
|
|
|
Assignment to a role at this level is by competitive
selection to advertised vacancies. This level includes the Maintenance
Supervisor role, which is responsible for the Field Officers of a district.
|
|
|
|
|
|
A trade role which is evaluated at this
level will be filled by competitive selection.
Payment at this level recognises all skills, knowledge, competencies, licences, registrations and experience
necessary for a role at this level.
