VARIATION
1. Delete the
definition of "Employer" and "Employee" in clause 3,
Definitions, of the award published 20 October 2023 (395 I.G. 517) and insert
in lieu the following:
"Employer" means the Department
of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water as defined in Schedule
1 to the Government Sector Employment Act
2013.
"Employee" means a person employed in the
Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water at Taronga
Conservation Society Australia (Taronga) within the scope of this Award.
2. At the end
of subclause 5.1, of clause 5, Area, Incidence and Duration, insert the
following sentence:
This Award remains in force until varied or rescinded, the
period for which it was made already having expired.
3. Delete
Schedule 1, Wage Rates (Weekly) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
