VARIATION
1. Delete the
words “Crown Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay) Award 2020” in clause 5, Salary
Packaging Arrangements, Including Salary Sacrifice to Superannuation, of the
award published 2 December 2022 (393 I.G. 603) and reprinted 15 December 2023
(396 I.G. 128) and insert in lieu thereof the words “Crown Employees Wages
Staff (Rates of Pay) Award 2022”.
2. Delete the
words “Crown Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay) Award 2020” in subclause 6.2
of clause 6, Wages and Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof the words “Crown
Employees Wages Staff (Rates of Pay) Award 2022”.
3. Delete subclause
18.3 of clause 18, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu thereof
following:
18.3 This award has a
nominal term of 12 months from 1 July 2021.
4. Delete Part B
- Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
