VARIATION
1. Delete the
words “Government Sector Employment Rules 2014” wherever it appears in the
award published 16 December 2022 (393 I.G. 737) and reprinted 1 December 2023
(395 I.G. 1441) and insert in lieu thereof the words “Government Sector
Employment (General) Rules 2014”.
2. Delete the
words “Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries 2022) Award” in subclause 2.1
of clause 2, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu thereof the words
“Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries 2024) Award”.
3. Delete
subclause 2.3, of clause 2, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu the
following:
2.3 This award has a
nominal term of 12 months from 1 July 2022
4. Delete subclause
(xix) of clause 3, Definitions and insert in lieu of the following:
(xix) "The Department
or the Office" means the Department of Primary Industries and Regional
Development or the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
5. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates, Schedule 1 – Wage Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
