STATE WAGE CASE

PURSUANT to the orders of the Industrial Relations
Commission of New South Wales made 16 December 2010, and pursuant to section 52
of the Industrial Relations Act, 1996 and consistent with Principle 8 of
the Commission's Wage Fixing Principles the following variation is made.

VARIATION
1. Delete clause
10, State Wages Case Adjustments, of the award published 23 July 2004 (345 I.G.
452) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
10. State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2010.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table 1
- Wages, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
