2. Delete the first
paragraph of clause 6, Sick Leave and Insert in lieu thereof the following:
An employee who is unable to attend for duty by reason
of personal illness or personal incapacity (including incapacity resulting from
injury within the Workplace Injury Management and Workers
Compensation Act 1998) shall be entitled to be paid at the ordinary-time
rate of pay for the time of such time, subject to the following:

end of clause 29, Area, Incidence and Duration, the following new paragraphs:
The changes made to the award pursuant to the Award
Review pursuant to section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996
and Principle 26 of the Principles for Review of Awards made by the Industrial
Relations Commission of NSW on 28 April 1999 (310 I.G. 359) and take effect on
12 December 2003.
