subclause (b), of clause 3, Parties to the Award, and insert in lieu thereof

Wales, Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines and
Utilities Union.
4. Delete the
third paragraph of clause 5, Term of the Award, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
The changes made to the award pursuant to the Award
Review under section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and
Principle 26 for Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission
of New South Wales on 18 December 1998 (85 IR 38) take effect on and from 14
July 2004.
5. Delete the
words Occupational Health and Safety Act 1983 appearing in subclause 9,
of clause 10, Disputes Procedure, and insert in lieu hereof the following:
Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000
