VARIATION
1. Rename the
title of the award "Aged Care General Services (State) Award"
published 10 November 2000 (320 I.G. 1), to read as:
Aged Care General Services (State) Award 2006
2. Delete
subclause (iii) of clause 3,Wages and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(iii) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases
2006. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustment.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
