VARIATION
1. Delete subclause
(v) in Grade 5 of clause 4 Wage Rates, of the award published 7 September 2001
(327 I.G. 507) and insert in lieu of the following:
(v) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the 2008 and 2009 State
Wage Case Decisions. These adjustments
may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3. The variation
to the rates prescribed in Part B Monetary Rates, Table 1 - Wage Rates and
Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances shall take effect from the first full pay period on or after the
dates as set out in Columns A and B.
4. This variation
shall take effect from 23 December 2009.
