VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 4.3 of clause 4, Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published
16 December2022 (393 I.G. 630) and reprinted 1 December 2023 (39 I.G. 1420),
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
4.3 This award has a
nominal term of 12 months from 1 July
2. Delete
Schedule A, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:

MONETARY RATES
The following Minimum rates of wages will take affect from
the first pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2024.
